Programme Clarifications:
- Thursday: the retreat will start at 5pm but feel free to check in after 11pm to 4pm.
- The transportation from the airport to the hotel is not included.
- Island visit (Saturday): We'll provide transportation, you have the option of coming with us or going on your own to explore the island. Lunch won't be included that day.
- Sunday night is included on the price. You can check out on Monday morning. Dinner of Sunday won't be included.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
· Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable.
· You can transfer your reservation to another person at no additional cost, as long as you notify us of the change at least 7 days before the retreat.
· Force Majeure: In the event of a retreat cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), participants can transfer their reservation to a future retreat or receive a full refund.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your expenses. Once you request the retreat, you will also receive a questionnaire so we can personalize the experience.
